Morning Brew Newsletter
The Morning Brew newsletter is one of my favorite ways to keep up with what is going on in the world! Each morning, I get a funny and informative newsletter in my email that helps me stay on top of what’s going on in the world. In addition to being informed, I often learn a little something that I didn’t know before. Better yet, I can always finish the reading the brew before I manage to finish my coffee, and if I need more detail, they provide handy links for me to dig deeper. The Morning Brew started in 2015, and I think I’ve been a subscriber for almost it’s entirety. Best of all, its a free subscription! In addition to the standard email that I get each morning, I also subscribe (again, free) to their twice a week afternoon tech newsletter. I can’t speak highly enough about either of these publications. For me, they are essential reading!

“About Us
Hey there! We’re Morning Brew, a media company committed to helping you, the business leader of tomorrow, become smarter in minutes. We started with a single daily email newsletter and now produce a portfolio of podcasts, videos, events, and newsletters (naturally!) that we pinky-promise will inform and entertain you.
We’re headquartered in New York City but our talented employees (about 100 as of mid-2021) are based all over North America, including in Los Angeles and Washington, DC.
How we got started
Alex Lieberman (our executive chairman) and Austin Rief (our CEO) cofounded Morning Brew in 2015 at the University of Michigan. Our flagship newsletter Morning Brew debuted that year with the name “Market Corner.” Emerging Tech Brew and Retail Brew arrived in 2019, as did ourFounder’s Journal and Business Casual podcasts; Marketing Brew and Sidekick hit the scene in 2020. Our Morning Brew Accelerator (aka “MB/A”) welcomed its first cohort in 2021, and HR Brew is just around the corner.
And we’re just getting started. With more than 3 million subscribers across our properties, Morning Brew is one of the world's fastest-growing business media brands. Morning Brew Inc. is majority-owned by the American publishing company Insider Inc. , which itself is a subsidiary of the German publishing company Axel Springer SE.
Our editorial standards
Don’t let the memes fool you—Morning Brew is committed to producing journalism that meets the highest standards of accuracy, fairness, transparency, and lawfulness. We believe that our products must reflect that commitment and we recognize that our reputation depends on upholding these values.
